Remember when I said I am gaining weight?
Well, since I looked fatter recent day. I decided to enroll to one of nearest home fitness center. I gym during my free time and get addicted to work-out and sweat lots.
I doing yoga at morning and sometimes when I have time during lunch, I will go to gym and at night before sleep, I doing small movement such as walking with Crystal or just rope-jumping.
So far I have cut 4 kgs within a months and slower I feel my body lighter and I love it.
Beside going to gym, I also watching Cassey Ho (blogilates) on youtube, learning those killing fat movement.
What about you guys? anyone doing same thing with me?
