After watching Cambrian Period I grew fond with Hou Ming Hao (Neo Fresh Geek boyband) acting. His acting wasn’t the best but still watchable for me. As audience, I just feel he still has space to improve his acting by taking differences roles and types of genre. I have been waiting another drama in which he would play as first role again after Cambrian Period.
While the female lead, Zhang Zi Feng, she has played many dramas since she was at very young age. Although, her acting in Boyhood not really impressed me perhaps, I just too focus with TFBoys and Danson Tang together with Joker Xue who totally funny.
Inference Notes is the drama that staring Hou Ming Hao as Mi Ka Ka who is childhood friend of Xia Zao An (Zhang Zi Feng). The drama has 24 episodes with very short duration about 30 minutes for each episodes. The story is started when Xia Zao An had heart changing surgery that caused her to have dual personality.
The donor for Xia Zao An was Edison played by Sun Qi Jun who was FBI and CIA member before and got killed when carrying his mission.
At the time when Xia Zao An realized something off with herself, she told her best friend Mi Ka Ka (Hou Ming Hao) who is inference genius. At the beginning Mi Ka Ka thought Xia Zao An was joking with him but not long after he found Edison character inside Xia Zao An whenever something ‘shocking’ happened. Moreover when they dealing with killer who haunting Girl band (which Xia Zao An also the member), Edison personality kept on coming out.
As for this drama, the Taiwanese actor Wang Jia Liang also took part supporting role as Mi Ka Ka’s older brother, Mi Jie who is policeman and Wang Duo as Mi Ka Ka and Xia Zao An’s senior brother in school.
It currently still airing in Youku (it has aired until 13 episodes so far). My advice when you decided to watch this drama, don’t skip it because you may miss few details 🙂
