Say I Love You aka sukitte ii na yo is Japanese manga and anime adaptation about girl who name Tachibana Mei. A girl that be alone and does not make a friend for the past 16 years old of her life because her disbelief of friendship due to childhood incident.
Her meeting with Kurosawa Yamato, one of the most popular boy in her school is the biggest turn over of her life.
Tachibana Mei does not believing friendship and thinking she could live without friends as long as she has herself. by means, she prefers to be alone rather to be friend which later or sooner gonna betray her. at school she never speaks with anyone moreover she does not has any other contact number except her mom and home number in her mobile phone.
One day she encounters Kurosawa Yamato who is one of the most popular guy in her school. kurosawa yamato is famous because his nice and down to earth personality which everyone welcome him so much.
This two individuals whom seems to have opposite personality actually has great chemistry just like magnet pole, both of them pulling each other, filling the emptiness each other started from simple relationship of not-friend to be friend then they dating. through the process, we could see how they change and influences each others to be better person.
Mei tries to believe on others and open herself to make friends while Yamato learn to be more faithful and honest to himself.
Even the title called say, I love You. the story itself more focus to “feeling” of each characters through Mei and Yamato relationship. I like the story plot and it always be good after watching I got something new to share and learn.

long lasting love is not something comes out just that way but it is as if planting. you need to watering, gives fertilizer and taking a good care even sometimes you need to have bug so you know how strong the plant it is.
trustworthy, honesty, worries, secure, jealousy, anger, truthfuly, etc are really needed for long lasting love.
