So this is one of my favorite chapter in 我的傻姑娘. in this chapter Wen Ze be so worried about Luo Shang Er even she only having fever.

His love, his care and his attention about Luo Shang Er is so touching. where could girl find this kind of man in their life. out of 1/1000? 1/1000000?

Wen Ze too caring and sweet to Luo Shang Er, in the next chapter he will be very extra and overprotective towards Luo Shang Er health. one of the sweet chapter I like.

Wen Ze, I cannot eat Antipyretic!

inside the car, Wen Ze use his arm to hug Luo Shang Er, while another hand is holding a glass of warm water for her to drink, he said with concern :”why you don’t tell me if you feel not well?”

“Actually it not really matter, suddenly I just feel dizzy and headache.” Luo Shang Er smiles looking at Wen Ze whom seem to be little strange and over.

Wen Ze takes few sheets of the tissue paper and gently wipe her mouth, looking at her closely : “Now, you take a rest in car, wait for me to pack all the things near lake and then we go home.”

Luo Shang Er looks at Wen Ze who treats her alike the patience, very dearly expression, she feels extremely warm, she stretch her fingers and lightly poke his cheek, and comfort him :” I really feel fine, you see, after having a glass of water I feel much better, you slowly don’t be in hurry.”

Wen Ze nods his head, gently touching her head, kissing her tip of nose, said :” be good inside the car waiting for me.”

“ng.”

At the way to home, Wen Ze drives the car quite fast and in hurry, he thought to ask the person who sit next to him whether feel better or not, but he see Luo Shang Er sleep very soundly.

Wen Ze smile – she should be fine.

however, when they get back to home Luo Shang Er having fever, her face extremely red just alike when she compete running with Wen Ze for 1000 meters, Wen Ze suddenly being so overwhelmed.

“Why it is not easy to go out together, you being sick, aiya!” Wen Ze said to Luo Shang Er while handed the thermometer and blaming himself :”I should let you to wear more, this is my careless ah….”

Luo Shang Er face turn to be pale, but she still has energy to joke with Wen Ze : “ya, next time I will wear more so I will look alike ball.”

“37.8 C.” Luo Shang Er temperature.

Wen Ze said : “It seems at home still has any Antipyretic, you wait for me, let me find it.”

not long after he said, he received Yao An Ran phone call.

“Mom, Luo Shang Er… She having fever and now resting on the bed.. today we went to Qing Hu, it should blame on me because not let her wear more cloth, it seems she catches a cold…not sleep well, you wait a moment a…” Wen Ze turn back his body and gives the phone to Luo Shang Er, very soft said :”Your Mom.”

Luo Shang Er takes the phone call, the voice of Yao An Ran sound gentle : “Shang Er, How do you do? have you eat medicine?”

“Mom, it not a big matter, I think I catch a cold when in lake, right now, Wen Ze is looking for the Antipyretic.”

Yao An Ran slightly feel relieved ” it good, after eat the medicine let Wen Ze to buy some food and after you get sweat, rest a bit it will be fine.”

Luo Shang Er said ” ng, you don’t need to worry.”

“Your dad today he said he misses you, he asked you to come tomorrow, everyday Luo Sheng noise, want his big sis.”

Luo Shang Er wants to say something but she heard Luo Bing Heng voice said :” I want to talk with Shang Er.”

Luo Bing Heng takes the phone from Yao An Ran’s hand with lovely said : “Shang Er, how could you get sick…”

“Dad…”

Luo Shang Er is very close to her dad since she was little girl, once she sick, she always think about her dad affection and worries voice, her noise wet.

Luo Bing Heng heard his daughter voice, knows that this girl being contentious, he speaks to Luo Shang Er :” my silly girl, be good ah, dad immediately gonna come to see you.”

“Dad? you to come?” Luo Shang Er feel surprised and in hurry said : ” I fine, I really fine! it will be eight o’clock, I am only have fever, not really matter! you don’t need to come.”

Luo Bing Heng kind doubt said : “My good daughter, Dad will come, don’t let Wen Ze to feed you medicine. listen to dad ah.”

“……..”

Luo Shang Er confused hang up the phone, looked at Wen Ze who near her: “Dad will come, he not allowed me to take medicine.”

Luo Bing Heng and Yao An Ran asked the maid to take care Luo Sheng before going out.

Yao An Ran closed the door of car said : Bing Heng ah, don’t need to be rush!”

Luo Bing Heng while engine the car said : “I just be afraid, that time when you was pregnant our son, it strangely caught cold, ate not less of medicine. luckily our son born healthy and now frolic. both of them married very young so they aren’t understand, who’s know they will pay attention to kind of these thing. Recently, Shang Er easily get to sleep, eat more than usual,  at home being lazy, now it I think back, became more aware. let we come to see, later when see drug store stop for while…”

Luo Shang Er took the pregnancy test, she being “senseless”.

Yao An Ran laughing : “You dad feeling so worry, what matter should come here…” unfinished, she being embarrassed asking : “that, Shang Er ah, both of you… have been… is there avoiding doing something?”

“ah?” Luo Shang Er open her eyes widely, then shook her head, it only fever but now her face become more red, she speak to Yao An Ran : “no… that, I have been thinking, if there really I have baby, I really want it, but both of us not really ever have serious talk about this…”

“I am muddled having baby!” Yao An Ran blame herself : “before having baby there should be preparation, it can’t be do as we like! when preparing to have baby, we should take care our body health, nutritional intake and still many more.”

Yao An Ran sighed : “now, still don’t know, your dad feels recently you having unstable desire in eating and sleeping, so he prevent you not to take any medicine, other than that, it has been more than a week it not in time so it become more difficult to say.”

Luo Shang Er also be panicking “so.. so I need to make a test, eh… mom, this is how to use?”

Yao An Ran goes to toilet with her, explaining how to use the pregnancy test and waiting for her.

Luo Bing Heng is sitting in Wen Ze’s study room, he sees Wen Ze walking around the table nervously, can’t bear said :” Wen Ze ah, you don’t move round, once you revolve I feel dizzy!”

Wen Ze feels difficult to sit down, not too long he still nervous and stand up not easy.

Luo Bing Heng can’t hold to laugh “to say, it not really a matter, I just make guessing about whether it is the possibility.. aiya! you… how can you seems to be alike me when I waiting for my child born!”

“Wen Ze can’t sit easy, he reticent “I am thinking, if Luo Shang Er really has baby, this sickness can’t be cure by eating medicine or have injection, how can she goes through? it will be very uncomfortable…”

Luo Bing Heng said nothing, his heart tuck dive, thinking about how good Wen Ze towards his daughter, thinking the future of his daughter happiness, thinking to see himself to have loving grandchild, in his mix feeling, he has nothing to say.

Luo Shang Er holding the white stick, walking out from the toilet, happy but also feel bit embarrassed smiling to Yao An Ran.

Once Yao An Ran looks at Luo Shang Er expression, she knows it, she excitement hugging Luo Shang Er.

Yao An Ran said :” good girl, this is really good news! your dad decision to come is right!”

Luo Shang Er raised her head from Yao An Ran hug, murmur said : “How could dad be so thoughtful to me…”

Yao An Ran hold down Luo Shang Er, make a gap very careful look at her, laughed : “not to mention, one to see you gonna be mom, give a different atmosphere!”

Luo Shang Er bitting her lips, very excited.

“Aiya, our Shang Er being stupid ah?” Yao An Ran gently pat Luo Shang Er head said :” Quick go and tell Wen Ze and Your dad, they are waiting!”

Luo Shang Er opens the study room’s door and called “Dad!”, only stand there and say nothing, she lower her head and her face turn to be red looking on her feet. to be honest she doesn’t know how to tell her own daddy.

Wen Ze three steps two steps walk towards, turn to Luo Shang Er, waiting for her to say something.

Yao An Ran who stand near to Luo Shang Er and Luo Bing Heng with Wen Ze frowned her brow and makes funny face to smile.

Luo Bing Heng once looks at Yao An Ran has understand, he happily get up, looking at Wen Ze who earlier walk back and forth, don’t know where his hand to put on, his sweat burst and turn back just to said : “it really make me dream on… hahaha… makes me dream on.”

Yao An Ran whispered to Luo Shang Er ” Shang Er, you say.”

Luo shang Er bites her lip, lower her head and mimic like a cat looking at Wen Ze, “Wen Ze, I cannot eat antipyretics. tomorrow, tomorrow we go to doctor ah.”

Wen Ze can’t hold his laugh, his face fill with joy and excitement.

He looked at Luo Shang Er and give her the warmth embraces said “OK!”
