Well, now I back to watch Korean drama which being left so long. I think more than months since my last time watching The Prime Minister and I, starring Yoona SNSD and Park Beom Soo.
Incarnation of money is a drama about money…
because money good person turn to be bad
because money people willing to kill each others
because money people hate and plotting each others.
Synopsis (credit to wiki):
Lee Cha-don grew up in an orphanage and became a prosecutor, one of the most respected professions in Korea. But, as it turns out, it also can be one of the most corrupt professions, with plenty of opportunities to shake down gamblers and pocket some extra cash. With no memories of his past, Cha-don’s fate is inextricably tied with Bok Jae-in, the daughter of a loan shark who funded Cha-don’s upbringing and education and wants to be repaid for the investment. And a senior prosecutor, Ji Se-kwang, who is responsible for the trajectory of Cha-don’s life, pretends to be a righteous prosecutor while hiding the misdeeds of his past.
In 1998, a wealthy businessman, Lee Joong Man was killed by Ji Se-kwang, and all his property goes to his mistress Eun Bi Riyeong(later: Angelina). Lee Joong Man’s wife, Park Gi Soo was accused for that murder, and sentenced to prison. After Park Gi Soo was imprisoned, Lee Joong Man’s son, Lee Kang Seok(later: Lee Cha Don) having no where to go, went to Ji Se-kwang’ apartment, and found out that Ji Se-kwang was having affair with Eun Bi Riyeong, which means that they both have conspiracy for the murder of Lee Joong Man. Lee Kang Seok tried to tell the lawyer and the reporter, who have relationship with his mother murder case, but both of them were later blinded with money offered by Ji Se-kwang. Ji Se-kwang, in order to cover all the crime he had created, tried to kill Lee Kang Seok. Lee Kang Seok running away from Ji Se-kwang, was hit by a car, and lost memory. The person who hit him, Madam Bok Hwa Sool, funded Lee Kang Seok’ study, and wished that he becomes a prosecutor.
Ji Se-kwang, who killed Lee Joong Man, and plotted the whole murder, lives later as a respected righteous prosecutor. Lee Joong Man’s mistress Eun Bi Riyeong, went to USA after the murder case is closed. Both the lawyer and the reporter live later successfully and become famous person in Korea.
Later in 2013, when Lee Kang Seok/Lee Cha Don works as prosecutor, he learned about his past, and tried to take revenge to the five persons, Ji Se-kwang, Eun Bi Riyeong, the lawyer, the reporter and Lee Joong Man’s lawyer(Hwang Jang Shik).
My Opinion:
This kind of drama genre could be so boring but also interesting if they know how to make the story plot. this drama remind me of Midas which also talking about money. in Midas I learn much about stocks, financial instrument and many “economy words” in business especially investment in short and long term.
The child actress and actor are so cute. I don’t even realized Park Ji Bin is almost 20 years old. I thought he is 12 years dongsaeng, hm… baby face.
Seo Shin Ae also very cute and beautiful even she being make up to look fat, actually she still very pretty even being cover with those special make up.
He will be grow up be finest man in the future, he just remind me with Yoo Seung Ho who is succeed in K-Showbiz as actor. I hope to watch him more in the future. thethethethe….
